Polar bears! Gerry's Grill! Christmas party outfit! Tonton goes to MOA!

Sorry for the not so nice title. I was having a hard time thinking of a suitable title for my journey last Saturday.

Anyway, last Saturday, November 20, me and my dear went to MOA. And the experience was awesome!!! Although I was quite pissed in the morning because he was an hour late! ='( Our meeting place was supposed to be at Ayala MRT. But when I realized that I'll be waiting for him for more than an hour, I decided that I'll go ahead to MOA. I arrived early. The mall was still closed. I sat by the benches and surfed for a while with my Itouch(good thing SM's WIFI is on) But I didn't make it a big deal. I don't want to spoil our date because of that. (But seriously please, don't let a lady wait for you that long.) And he arrived! The smile on his face and the apology that he said melt away my heart. I forgot about the issue. :)

While strolling around, our eyes caught something. a winter-themed photo booth with life-sized Polar bears! And Penguins too! There is Papa polar bear, Mama polar bear and Baby polar bear! Awesome experience!

After the picture taking, we headed to Gerry's grill to eat. For the past weeks I've been craving for Chowking's crispy noodles. Sadly, it was phased out! :( Good thing Gerry's Grill do have Crispy noodles on their menu! Yum Yum! We ate crispy noodles, sizzling garlic chicken, beef casserole, and crab rice (Too many for 2? >:))

After eating, we headed to the department store to look for our Chistmas party outfit. (The event is on Nov. 27 and we haven't had anything to wear yet XD). After testing for different outfits, we have decided on one outfit for me! Yay! (We didn't buy anything for my dear because he has already something in mind, which we will buy this week at Makati.)

We were quite bloated. We ate so much. We met with Tonton, Bernie, Iris, Tintotz, Nica at National Bookstore. We helped Tonton to buy a laptop. :) After, we ate at May Lin! Superrr busogg! :)

Why Women cries

I found this email in my archives folder. And I would really love to share this to all women out there!

A little boy asked his mother, 'Why are you crying?' 'Because I'm a woman , ' she told him.
'I don't understand , ' he said. His Mom just hugged him and said , 'And you never will.'

Later the little boy asked his father , 'Why does mother seem to cry for no reason?'
'All women cry for no reason , ' was all his dad could say.

The little boy grew up and became a man , still wondering why women cry..

Finally he put in a call to God. When God got on the phone , he asked , 'God , why do women cry so easily?'
God said

'When I made the woman she had to be special.
I made her shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the world, yet gentle enough to give comfort.

I gave her an inner strength to endure childbirth and the rejection that many times comes from her children.

I gave her a hardness that allows her to keep going when everyone else gives up , and take care of her family through sickness and fatigue without complaining.

I gave her the sensitivity to love her children under any and all circumstances , even when her child has hurt her very badly.

I gave her strength to carry her husband through his faults and fashioned her from his rib to protect his heart.

I gave her wisdom to know that a good husband never hurts his wife , but sometimes tests her strengths and her resolve to stand beside him unfalteringly.

And finally , I gave her a tear to shed. This is hers exclusively to use whenever it is needed.'

'You see my son , ' said God , 'the beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears , the figure that she carries , or the way she combs her hair.

The beauty of a woman must be seen in her eyes , because that is the doorway to her heart - the place where love resides.'

If you share this with others , something good will happen - You will boost another woman's self-esteem.

Pass it on to men too - perhaps they will then understand
'why women cry'.

JDrama Review: Atashinchi no Danshi

*Warning! Spoiler alert*

Alright, another JDrama. But this is definitely not the usual JDrama I love to watch. There were not so many *kilig* factors here like Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi henge or Proposal Daisakusen. But I loved it! And this is a must be seen film for it promotes good relationships within the family, whether they are blood related or not. Horikita Maki stars as Chisato Mineta, one of the main characters of the story.

A 20 year old homeless girl named Chisato, spent her youth running away from debt collectors. She lost her mother at a young age due to sickness. Her father left them a huge debt, which explains why she is running away from debt collectors.(Her father actually made her as a co-signer without her consent! >.<)

Her life changed when she met Shinzo, president of a very huge toy company called Miracle, who agrees to pay her debt when she marries him. Actually in the series, he immediately pays the 100 million debt of Chisato, without asking her first to marry him. O_o. Where is the option in that? LOL. Anyway, Chisato agrees after finding out that he has only one month to live. (Shinzo learned this from the 'fortune telling' toy. lol)

A month later, Shinzo died. She then found out that the contract between her and Shinzo has many more conditions aside from getting married. She actually needs to be the mother of his 6 adopted sons for 3 months! Each has different personalities and is not in good terms with each other. In short, they all are total strangers to each other. If she refuses, she needs to pay the 100M debt in cash! So she gradually accepts the condition.  She needs to complete the "Mother's goals" specified on the contract. Her first meeting with the brothers didn't turn out quite well. The brothers thought of her as a villain, with an evil plot(They thought she was only after the inheritance). They are not very comfortable, living under the same roof, but as time pass, laughing, crying, fighting,  living like a family and protecting each other from bad guys, a bond forms within them. :)
